Congratulations; it's time for Massage / Yoga / Energy / Exercise with Suzanne.
These tips will help you optimize your treatment.
1. What’s new? Please let me know of significant changes that need addressed or will impact the session. Because every session is customized (even if you prefer to get the same massage each time) knowing what’s new and different will help me better plan and prepare resources for our time together. Feel free to respond to your appointment reminder with information about what’s new.
2. You’re in charge. Your session is your time. I’m pretty good at honoring edges and boundaries, but sometimes miss the mark. Don’t be afraid to let me know I’ve stretched you too far, or you don’t want your hair touched today, or you’d prefer to be quiet during this session. And if there’s any part of your regular session you don’t care for, please let me know. My toolbox is big, and we can build you just the right mix for today.
3. Bookend your session. Please drink extra water the 24 hours before your session. If possible, do some light stretching in the morning. After your session, try to allow a bit of downtime to relax to let the benefits settle in. Continue drinking extra water the day after your massage. Finally, take a warm bath or shower before bed.
4. Change it up. Customize or add-on to your session as your priorities change. Let’s talk about how to make today’s session exactly what you need right now; or plan for your next appointment. Here’s the 2024 list of services available:
